From Village of Scarsdale

If driving from Scarsdale entering from Mamaroneck Road onto Saxon Woods Road, the distance to our entrance is approximately 1.5 miles. Please note that the street numbers will increase as you are driving toward Mamaroneck Avenue and then decrease as Saxon Woods Road changes to Saxon Wood Road.

9 Saxon Wood Road is the last right turn before reaching Mamaroneck Avenue. As you approach our entrance, you will see Meadow Veterinary Hospital to your left across from our entrance to the right. After turning right, cross over a small bridge, turn right again and you will arrive at The Ambassador

From North via Hutchinson River Parkway/Merritt Parkway

  • Take Hutchinson River Pkwy South
  • Exit 23 North toward White Plains
  • Continue on Mamaroneck Avenue
  • Turn left onto Saxon Wood Road
  • Make an immediate left turn to cross over a small bridge, turn right and you will arrive at The Ambassador of Scarsdale

Saxon Wood Road is 0.1 miles past Purdy Avenue. Meadow Veterinary Hospital is on the corner. You will see signs for the Ethical Cultural Society. If you reach Rosedale Avenue you've gone about 0.2 miles too far.

From North via New England Thruway (I-95)

  • Take I-95 South
  • Exit 18B towards White Plains
  • Continue on Mamaroneck Avenue
  • Turn left onto Saxon Wood Road
  • Make an immediate left turn to cross over a small bridge, turn right and you will arrive at The Ambassador of Scarsdale
