Rules & Regulations for Visitation Outdoors - The Ambassador of Scarsdale

We are pleased to announce that we have met the requirements & developed a procedure pursuant to the NYS Dept. of Health directive allowing certain adult care facilities in Phase 3 permission to resume limited visitation and additional activities when certain conditions were met. Scheduled visits will commence on Tuesday, July 28.
We are recommending to all family members who intend to visit receive a weekly COVID-19 test. We are respectfully asking that you consider this so we can better identify any future exposure and prevent a re-occurrence.
All visits must be scheduled 24 hours in advance via email.
Scheduled visits between the hours of 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday thru Sunday.
Visits should not be longer than 1 hour.
Visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.
Hand Sanitizing station will be located outdoors. All visitors must utilize hand sanitizer upon arrival and proper hand sanitizing techniques will be demonstrated by a staff member. Signs and instructions will be posted and distributed.
To comply with Social Distancing requirements capacity is limited two visitors, per resident.
All visitors are required to complete a Visitor Entry Form, answer Questionnaire, and have temperature taken by staff.
A mask must be worn by all visitors.Mask must cover nose and mouth and remain in place for the duration of the visit.
Social Distancing of 6ft must always be observed during the visit. Chairs have been placed at the appropriate social distance setting, please do not move the furniture for any reason.
All visitors must utilize hand sanitizing station upon arrival.
As an additional precaution, visitors are not permitted to use the restrooms in the building.
No eating or drinking is permitted during visit.
No Co-Visiting with other families.
In order to remain compliant with state regulations, visitors failing to adhere to all protocols and rules will be prohibited from visiting.
